What to Expect

1. Initial Consultation and Cognitive Portion: In a secure and trusting environment, you are encouraged to openly discuss your concerns, expectations, and goals for the hypnotherapy session. This exploration process helps tailor the experience to your specific needs. Danielle will get to know you and your thought processes, working together to create a plan for quick and effective results. You'll learn about your subconscious, how it has programmed your life, and how to harness its power to focus your intentions, bypass resistance, and rewire the program to achieve your desired outcome. You remain in control and actively participate in your session, even if you're so relaxed you forget some of the hypnotic portion.

2. Relaxation and Induction: Danielle guides you into hypnosis, a deeply relaxed state of focused attention, making your subconscious mind more receptive to positive suggestions. This heightened state of suggestibility occurs daily, like the drowsy relaxation before sleep or becoming immersed in a movie. Everyone experiences hypnosis differently, but there's no wrong way to relax and enter the state.

3. Therapeutic Suggestions: Danielle offers carefully crafted suggestions targeting your specific goals, reframing thought processes and behaviors, and co-creating new belief systems to facilitate lasting changes and enhance your well-being.

4. Debrief and Follow-up: After the session, you'll discuss your experience and any insights gained. Depending on your needs, further sessions may be recommended. Danielle provides guidance for practicing and reinforcing positive changes made during the session by listening to your audio recording and using self-hypnosis techniques between sessions. The first session may not always be recorded, depending on the session type.

The number of sessions needed varies per individual. You'll gauge the progress after your first session, and typically clients try at least two or three sessions. The number of sessions also depends on how many issues you'd like to address.
