The Practice of Self-Compassion is a hypnosis journey to help you soften the inner voice that pushes, judges, or demands perfection, and replace it with one that is steady, kind, and supportive.

February sits in the quieter heart of winter. Energy can feel low, emotions closer to the surface, and old patterns of self-criticism may become louder. This gathering offers a pause from that noise and a space where you don’t need to fix anything, explain anything, or become anything other than what you are in this moment.


You're invited to gently explore where compassion is most needed in your life right now and to reconnect with your heart as a source of wisdom and care. Let me help you remember how compassion feels in the body, not just how it sounds in the mind!
