These sessions are designed to revisit your goals and progress since your prior session. We will spend time discussing any notable changes and adjust our plan if necessary. Everything is done over Zoom so you can relax from the comfort of your home.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide notice or missing an appointment will result in forfeiting the ability to reschedule. No refunds are given for any reason.
