I will guide you through relaxation techniques and gentle hypnosis, fostering a deep state of relaxation and heightened focus. Everything is done virtually over Zoom so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. Through guided imagery and soothing verbal cues, the session aims to help you access your subconscious mind, empowering you to explore and address your desired changes.
